ICT Home Page
ICT, an acronym for Information, Communication, and Technology is a number of things. First, it is set of curricular outcomes developed by Alberta Learning for using computers and related technology. Second, it is a philosophy that technology should not be taught in isolation, but in integration with other subject areas so it is relevant. Third, from an SSDEC perspective, it is a project undertaken by the SSDEC to implement the ICT curriculum in our schools. Below are a number of links to documents and resources to support staff in the implementation. Credit for lesson plans used in this project goes to the Evergreen Catholic Seperate Regional Divsion #2.
Good Luck with your ICT efforts!
