For more than twenty-five years Princess Alexandra School in Hay River served Kindergarten to grade three with 165 students. It was a school with a reputation for being welcoming and friendly. We have moved to the building next door, becoming Harry Camsell K-3 School but our atmosphere is still the same. Our teachers have a well-deserved reputation for excellence. We maintain an exceptionally positive and caring environment to help children learn well. All staff members are all committed to a philosophy of child-centred learning and to working continuously at making our school a better place for children to learn. We have a simple school motto - "Try Hard. Have Fun. Be Friendly".
