 PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE:

It gives me great pleasure to welcome new and returning students, families and staff to another wonderful year at JBT School! In this the second decade of the “New Millennium” we are once again endeavoring to increase our success rate as we continue to “Create Futures” for our amazing JBT PROS!

The 2010/11 school year is one that will surely be filled with many successes and achievements to come from both students and staff alike. We have just finished three very successful years of our Leadership for Literacy Initiative and this fourth year may very well be one of the best for JBT School! Our dedicated staff constantly strive to better meet the needs of their students and maximize their learning. To meet our primary goal of student success requires teamwork – students, parents and school staff all need to work together. We realize the critical role parents play and invite you to become involved in your child’s school experience by contacting your child’s teacher to keep up to date on their progress as well as to provide assistance. Parent volunteers are especially appreciated!

Please take the time to surf our website for important information and dates. Important calendar dates are printed on one page in order that they can be easily accessed by you. We do try our best to keep parents informed of what is coming up and as things change our goal is to provide regular updates to the website in order to keep everyone abreast of our events.

In closing I thank you for all you do to continue to make our school the best it can be. Here is to another great year at JBT!
